By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and condition of sale in their totality, you will not be able to order products or services through the website.

The completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from you and despatch the product(s) or on commencement of the services that you ordered from us. Prior to the despatch of the product(s), Cateritaly has the right to decline any order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.
The duration of our contract with you will start from when you receive the order confirmation email and last until the last day of your right to return the products.
If cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order and notify you in writing by e-mail, in the occasion of you having paid for the product or service, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible or within 14 working days.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By accepting our General Terms and condition of sales, you confirm that you have full authority over the card you choose to use to make a payment with. All fields indicated as compulsory must be filled in with details respecting the truth. Cateritaly uses a third party to process payment, Worldpay, which will store and process relevant information about your card in order to finalise the payment. Cateritaly will not store or keep files of your payment details.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We take full payment immediately for all products.

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. We try our best to ship all orders within 2 business day.
All risk in the products you order (including risks of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

If your order got damaged during shipping or reaches you in a poor state where you cannot use it, you must let us know right away. We will refund or arrange a second shipment once proof of purchase and damages has been provided.
We will not accept any returns.
